How far in advance do I need to schedule my session?

We try our best to work around your schedule, but we do need at least 24 hour notice to schedule any session. We recommend you schedule photos 3-5 days before the anticipated listing date. This allows us to get to the property and edit with ample time for you to choose your favorites before crunch time.

How do I book a session?

Please submit a contact form when you are ready to book a session. We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal.

What is the process of working with you?

Once you reach out to us, we will review your request, send a proposal with the total services requested, and schedule the session at the best time possible. We will spend approximately 60 to 90 minutes on site depending on the size of the property/type of services requested. After we wrap up on site, we will head back to our office to work on edits which you will receive via Dropbox link within 48 hours.

How do I pay my invoice?

We will send you an invoice via email that connects to our system, HoneyBook. The process is pretty simple: click the link in the email and follow the prompts to review the invoice and pay.

What if I need to reschedule my session?

If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will review our calendar for the next available time slot. We understand that listing may need extra time to prep, so we try our best to accommodate your timeframe.

What areas do you serve?

We are located in Park County and serve the counties Chaffee, Clear Creek, Grand, Lake, Jefferson, and Summit. Other areas may incur a travel fee, please email us to discuss your photography needs.

What is the turnaround time for my final images/videos/tours?

Once we have visited the property you will receive your finals within 48 hours depending on the number of services requested. We edit all of our photos and videos in house!

How do you send the final images/videos/tours?

We send all final photos and videos via Dropbox link. No account is required to access the files and we will provide you with a step by step guide for downloading if you have not done so before. We will send all tour links via email.

Do you have video services?

Yes! We offer interior video walk throughs, drone videos, and combined drone/interior fly through videos. We can create branded videos with your contact information and important property highlights as well.

How long will you be at the property?

We will be at the property for 60 to 90 minutes depending on the size of the property and the number of services requested.

Does the property need to be vacant for the session?

No we are happy to meet the owner/listing agent at the property, however it does go a lot faster for us when the house is vacant. We often work with clients who are selling empty homes with lock box codes so we will always send you a message when we lock up and leave the property (cell service dependent of course).
